For online orders, all regular-priced items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must remain un-washed, and unworn, and all tags and original packaging must still be attached and in original condition and the invoice must be included. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
Please allow our team 1-3 business days to process your return once we receive it. We suggest that you inform us via live communication, chat notification or website or email along with the details of the order, username and date of purchase, and invoice number. Usually, we process our courier service team to collect the item, or you have to send the items back along with an invoice number and return ID i.e. it will be created by us on receipt of your intention of return. We cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged goods in transit, we can’t refund you the claimed points if found the product is damaged or not in resale condition.
Personalised items, sale items, intimates, swimwear, and special orders are final sales. We can’t take them back.
